| The fruits of my labour |
I
have a new toy and I’ve just spent the afternoon keeping myself amused with it.
The results weren’t perfect, as usually happens when one makes up the rules as
one goes along, but they don’t seem too bad for a first attempt. A batch of
spicy sujuk and three coils of
Italian fennel seed sausage now lurk in the freezer, just awaiting an upturn in the
weather so that they can meet their fate over white hot charcoal.
